We provide refunds if your order meets the following criteria:
- Your order has not been delivered
If your order is delivered too slowly, or your order dropped slightly, we are not able to provide a full refund. However, you can request a free refill instead. If your order is being delivered slowly, please read this article. Generally, we can not refund orders that are currently being delivered.
Sometimes, we can only partially complete orders. That means that we have delivered your order partially but are unable to finish it. In this case, you can request a partial refund through our customer support.
Please note that we can not remove the signals after we delivered them. That means that we do not provide refunds if you don't want to have the results anymore.
